Number 8- Acknowledge That You Do Not Possess The Golden Pen Of Dripping Honey

You just aren't that awesome.  Your every written word is not brilliance made manifest that sends your readers into paroxysms of ecstasy.

Get over it.

It's a tough lesson, but you are not that great of a writer.  Really.  You're not.  I'm not just saying that.  You might be competent.  Possibly even good.  But if Hemingway could acknowledge his room for improvement, you can too. - See more at:
